Ollie’s Bargain Outlet is a new bargain outlet coming to the Albany, NY area in the Crossgates Commons Shopping Plaza. We were hired to complete a flooring project which included the following services:
- Tile Removal
- Surface Preparation
- Moisture Mitigation
- Tile Installation
The old store front in Crossgates Commons has been empty since the 1990’s so to say the least, the flooring was outdated and unusable. Once the proposal was accepted, Flooring Authority, Inc. removed the original tile and adhesive.
At that time, we identified a moisture issue and had to add a sealant to prevent the moisture from coming through the new floor preparation to ensure a successful installation.
Once the coating was applied, a special adhesive was applied and tile was installed to the specification of the project.
